Terms of Use

1. General

The website iconic-hotel.co.il is operated by Iconic Hotel, Yehuda HaLevi 147, Tel Aviv ("the Hotel"), part of Echo Hotels.

The Hotel may update these terms from time to time. The binding version is the one published on the site at the time of booking.

2. Information on the site

The Hotel makes every effort to present accurate and up-to-date information about its rooms, facilities and services. Photos are for illustration only, and rooms of the same category may differ.

Prices, availability and offers are shown in the booking engine only and may change until the reservation is completed.

3. Reservations

Reservations are made through the Echo Hotels online booking engine (booking.echo-hotels.co.il), operated by an external provider. A reservation is confirmed only once a confirmation email has been received.

The guest is responsible for the accuracy of the details provided. A reservation requires a valid credit card as a guarantee.

A valid photo ID (a passport for tourists) must be presented at check-in.

4. Prices and payment

Prices in the booking engine are shown for travellers holding a tourist visa (B2/B3/B4) and exclude VAT. Israeli citizens and residents are charged VAT as required by law.

Payment is made at the hotel, unless stated otherwise in the conditions of the selected rate.

5. Cancellations and changes

A reservation can be changed or cancelled free of charge up to 3 days before the arrival date. Later changes or cancellations, and no-shows, are charged the full amount of the reservation.

Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights under Israeli consumer protection law, where applicable.

6. Check-in and check-out

Check-in from 15:00. Check-out by 11:00. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and must be arranged with reception in advance.

Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the hotel or rooms. Pets are not allowed.

7. Liability

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the room or hotel equipment during their stay.

The Hotel is not responsible for valuables not kept in the in-room safe, nor for any delay or failure to provide a service due to circumstances beyond its control (force majeure).

The site may link to third-party sites (such as maps, social networks and the booking engine). The Hotel is not responsible for their content or service.

8. Privacy

Information provided on the site and in the booking engine is stored and processed in accordance with the Echo Hotels privacy policy: https://www.echo-hotels.co.il/en/legal/privacy-policy.html

The site uses cookies and measurement tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager) to improve the service and measure visits. Cookies can be blocked in the browser settings.

9. Intellectual property

All content on the site, including texts, photos, logos and design, is the property of the Hotel or of Echo Hotels, or is used under licence. It may not be copied, distributed or used commercially without prior written permission.

10. Accessibility

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms and the use of the site are governed solely by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts of the Tel Aviv-Jaffa district have exclusive jurisdiction.
